In 2020, Nirali Choksi founded Niru's Kitchen from the confines of her home. She started with the aim to provide hygienic, home-made but restaurant-style food. As an HR at Mariott, Surat she developed a keen reading of marketing strategies. She realized that, “we eat with your eyes first”.  The instagram handle, @niruskitchen_ was initiated and it soon reflected a visibility due to its aesthetic feeds and loyal clientele in Surat.
